Eligibility criteria

Refunds may be approved if

  • The product does not work as described
  • You reported the issue within the required time window
  • Our support team was unable to fix the problem

Refunds will not be granted if

  • You no longer want or need the product
  • The purchase was made by mistake
  • You did not follow the proper setup instructions
Processing time

Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or crypto network, it can take between 3 and 10 business days to reflect.
