We refund genuine technical issues when our support team can't resolve them. Everything else, we'll tell you up-front.
We offer refunds in cases where the product does not function as intended and our support team has attempted to resolve the issue without success. This page lays out exactly when a refund applies and how the process works.

Open a ticket on DiscordRefunds may be approved if
- The product does not work as described
- You reported the issue within the required time window
- Our support team was unable to fix the problem
Refunds will not be granted if
- You no longer want or need the product
- The purchase was made by mistake
- You did not follow the proper setup instructions
Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or crypto network, it can take between 3 and 10 business days to reflect.
